Our first peer-reviewed paper is out!
The Bulletin of the Society of Systematic Biologists (BSSB) published on March, 2026 our findings on the first year of LAGNiAppE.
We aimed to describe our program and show the program-driven impacts on cohort 2023-2024. The main finding is that intensive research improved research skills and career readiness in STEM. The cohort also reported a strong sense of belonging while fostering building connections within the scientific community.
