Derrick Toups, early childhood education PhD student and graduate fellow for LSU Early Childhood Education Institute, was recently recognized for his service, scholarly work and national leadership as a Peer Reviewer, Accreditation of Early Childhood Higher Education Programs by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.

Poole, who earned a Master of Arts degree in educational leadership & research in 2012, currently serves as Assistant Athletic Director of Sport Psychology & Counseling for LSU Athletics.

LSU Lutrill & Pearl Payne School of Education faculty Margaret-Mary Sulentic Dowell presented multiple sessions of her original research at the annual University Council of Educational Administration National Conference.
